These terms govern your participation in the Bene Ba Kandeke Aviator Missions promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and Aviator’s usual Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM CAT on 14 April 2025 and will end at 23:59 PM CAT on 27 April 2025.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

3. Promotion Dates

  • Mini-Missions Dates:
  • 19th April, 2025 to 20th April, 2025

4. Promotion Mechanics – How It Works

  • Main Missions:
  • Place a real-money bet on the Aviator game on Bolabet during the promotion period.
  • The longest flight during the tournament earns your entry into the Aviator Tournament for the days during the promotion period.
  • During the Aviator Tournament, there will be a leaderboard with the users that achieved the longest flight during the period of the tournament.
  • Mini-Missions:
  • Complete the specified mission task during the promotion period and claim your freebet prize.
  • All bets must be real-money bets in order to qualify.

5. Tournaments – How It Works

  • Main Missions:
  • Each week day mission conducted under the Aviator Missions promotion will operate on a leaderboard system. This leaderboard will automatically rank participating users based on the outcome of their bets on the Aviator game during the applicable tournament period.
  • The ranking criterion is strictly determined by the longest multiplier (“flight”) achieved on a single qualifying real-money bet within that specific tournament window.
  • At the conclusion of each tournament period:
    • All qualifying bets placed by eligible users will be assessed, and the top 50 users whose bets recorded the highest individual multipliers will be identified.
    • These 50 users will be ranked in descending order from the highest to the lowest multiplier achieved during the tournament period.
    • In the event of a tie (i.e., multiple users achieving the same longest multiplier), precedence may be determined by the time at which the qualifying bet was placed, with the earliest instance receiving the higher position on the leaderboard.
    • Only the best (i.e., longest) multiplier for each user will be considered, additional entries or lower multipliers achieved by the same user during the tournament period will not affect the outcome.
    • The final leaderboard will determine the winners of the tournament, and only the top 50 users as ranked on this leaderboard will be deemed winners and eligible for the associated prizes.
  • The leaderboard will be visible on the Bolabet platform or as communicated through official promotional channels. All decisions regarding leaderboard rankings and interpretations of qualifying multipliers shall rest solely with Bolabet, whose decisions shall be final and binding.
  • Mini-Missions:
  • Each mini-mission conducted under the Aviator Missions promotion will have goals for the user to achieve.
  • Once the user has achieved the mini-missions goal, they will be rewarded with a freebet.
  • The value of the freebet will be stated in the mini-missions terms and conditions within the Aviator game.

6. Qualifying Bets

  • Any real-money bet placed during the tournament on the Aviator game qualifies.
  • Only bets placed during the tournaments on the Aviator game are eligible (bets on other games, sports or Aviator missions do not count towards the promotion).
  • Bets placed using bonus funds or Free Bets do not qualify for this promotion.
  • Cancelled or voided bets (for example, due to technical issues) will not be considered for entries.
  • Only winning bets on Aviator during the Tournaments for longest flight will be considered, as long as they meet all other conditions.

7. Winnings & Payouts

  • Main Missions:
  • After each main mission during the promotion, the top 50 users that achieved the longest flight will be the winners of the tournament.
  • The prize for each winner will be announced on the Bolabet platform.
  • Winners will be notified by Bolabet via the contact information associated with their Bolabet account (e.g., phone or email). The selected winner must claim their prize within 72 hours of notification and may be required to provide valid identification or additional information as needed.
  • The prize will be awarded to the confirmed winner. For cash prizes, the prize amount will be credited to the winner’s Bolabet account; for non-cash prizes, Bolabet will arrange prize delivery or pickup with the winner.
  • In the case of winning a freebet, the freebet will be valid for 3 days and must be used before expiring.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to verify all entries and the identity of the winners. Any entry or participant found to be in violation of these terms (or suspected of fraud or manipulation) will be disqualified and forfeit any claim to the prize.
  • All prizes (whether in the form of cash, goods, or services) are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No prize may be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person, nor redeemed for cash or converted into any other form of compensation.
  • If any selected winner is unable or unwilling to claim or accept their prize as directed (for example, if the winner fails to respond to the prize notification or does not meet the eligibility requirements within the time period specified by Bolabet), that winner will be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the prize.
  • In the event that a prize is forfeited as described above, Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct a redraw or select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate winner selected will be notified and subject to the same terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • No substitution or alternative prize will be provided, except at Bolabet’s sole discretion. If for any reason the original prize (or any portion of it) is unavailable or cannot be awarded as advertised, Bolabet may substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value. In such cases, this substitute prize will be the only compensation provided, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
  • Mini-Missions:
  • After each mini-mission during the promotion, the user will be rewarded a freebet if they have completed the mission task.
  • The mission tasks will be clearly explained in the missions section on the Aviator game.
  • The freebet will be valid for 1 day and must be used before expiring.

8. General Terms and Conditions

 

8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Aviator Missions promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of winnings.

 

8.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

 

8.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

8.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

8.6 By participating in this promotion, users agree to the following:

  • To receive communications from Bolabet’s sponsors and partners.

8.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

8.8 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

8.9 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the use or acceptance of any prize, or any related activity or decision, including decisions relating to eligibility, prize distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
